But the politicians won't "see" it. They think getting tighter and tighter gun control will eventually work. I don't understand how they can not see the statistics that is so evident in so many other cities and states. I want to be able to carry my gun with me off my property and I would like to see good, honest people being able to protect themselves from the inner city thugs. How could 'they' not see the statistics? How???

They think all of the guns are coming from gun shows, and FFL dealers outside of state through straw purchases.

The people who watch the media on television actually believe them. That's not true.

There was an ATF article somewhere, agents say they typically seize Ukrainian firearms that is heavily sold in the black market. So basically, these firearms are coming from out side of the country.

These firearms come from everywhere. Gun control is making the city go OUT of control and it proves to every politic that it will never work.

WoC I was wondering if your county is putting a concealed carry agenda on the ballet? I know Rock Island county in western IL is putting it on the ballet and didn't know if any other counties were.

Everywhere they take away LACs gun rights,

effectively disarming the homeowner, violent

crime skyrockets.


Here in Florida, since the gun laws relaxed,

as in similar states in the nation,

gun crime and violent crime statistics have

been steadily dropping.

It seems like the Crips, Bloods, and Latin Kings

have taken the open invitation of gun control

states to heart, and are flocking to where they

know their victims don't carry guns.


If you were a criminal, would you not do the exact same thing?

Pike county has had Constitutional carry for a while now. I'm not sure what that really means if you were to get caught with a weapon, but I suspect many LEO's in that county will just choose to look the other way, if you are an otherwise lawful citizen. I warned many of my out of state friends when Obama was running for POTUS, they really had no clue what the Chicago political machine is all about and that they really did not want a product of that machine in the White House. Now they know what I meant.
