My wife got me a Cimmaron Plinkerton a couple of X-Mas's back and it appears to be the same revolver as Chiappa's current offering. I think it's a good little piece,, it is not a Ruger Single Six, but mine has been reliable, acceptable accuracy with the fixed sights, and generally fun to shoot and a whole lot less expensive than a Ruger or Colt. I always take it to the range when I shoot my heavy caliber revolvers,, after beating my hands up from recoil, I like to shoot several rounds through the little .22 to fool my mind and it is a good way to detect a flinch if one has started to get one.I like mine a great deal and it is a good fishing gun. Good shooting.
