Does anyone know of a good way to help prevent dry rot on the boot part of neoprene chest waders? It seems this is the part I always tear up on my waders usually I end up puncturing them by running into the wrong underwater stump. I feel like they hold up well through the first duck season but the following year the boot has weakened and it doesn't take long before I spring a leak.

How about slathering on Shoe Goo

you could use that Amazeing Goop or Shoe Goo and some scraps of material as a lap patch.

I pached a 1.5" V shaped nail tear on the ankle of my Bogg Boot useing dental floss a carpet needle and gorilla glue.
