Respected journalist, psychiatrist and commentator, Carles Krauthammer, appearing on The O'Reilly Factor.

"We had ten years experience with an AWB under Clinton and it had no effect whatsoever. There is no logical reason to believe that it would be any different now."

The sad thing is emotional nitwits don't care what this guy, or anyone has to say. They want to feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I really like his last name.
It sounds like a name for a bomber in WW2.

Yep. Especially when you consider that Krauthammer has an I.Q. of 175. The same as Albert Einstein had.

It is no surpise that the news today shows ATF Agents were selling guns for a profit. Agent Gillette bought and sold a gun used to kill a Mexican Beauty Queen. Gillette was 2nd in charge of the BATF. LBJ used gun control to cover up the JFK killing.

I dunno, Jon. I wouldn't want to debate him on any issue.

Krauthammer is a smart guy. I don't always agree with him, but he has brains.

Unless I heard wrong he agreed with O'Reilly that there was no need for hi cap mags. I think the highest speed limit anywhere in the country is 75. How about preventing cars from going over that speed and we'll talk about it?

They also called the AR-15 an assault rifle. But i would be fine with more laws if they could prove without a shadow of a doubt that it would help. (Spoiler Alert: they can't)

But he said he wont support any new law without empirical evidence.

And they're right. There's no NEED for large mags. I have a few bushels of them because I want them.:p:p

O'Riley want all "Heavy Weapons" registered with the FBI. His concern with the AK-15s. These are not used by deer hunters. What a F'ing idiot. AK-15s are heavy weapons.

O'Reilly seems to be with the liberals somewhat on this one. People are way overreacting on this.

Yes, but you never know how good your friends are? That is until you get into a fight.

Fox is really starting to get on my nerves lately. Unfortunately, there's no other news station that I can bring myself to watch at all. I guess the elections knocked all the wind out of them and they're folding like a cheap camera under pressure from the criticism they took, but anchors who never bothered me before are making me grind my teeth. Rick Folbaum, who always seemed to be OK was embarrassing the other day during his interview with a retired NYPD detective , who I never seen before, but hope I do see again interviewed.

While asking for his opinion regarding the shootings he said that these gun free zones are the cause of mass shootings since anyone with the intent to do harm feels safe knowing that no one at the location will be armed. He also said that he felt that people had the right and should arm themselves. Folbaum almost fell off his chair and began to lose his train of thought. He told the detective that he never heard anyone respond with an answer like that. He turned me off completely. What the hell is going on?

As far as O'Reilly is concerned I can say a lot, but don't want to get into it. What I will say is that Michell Malkin, who I think is fantastic, no longer substitute hosts for him, nor will you ever see her show her face on The Factor as well. I once seen her while hosting turn Malik Zulu Shabazz, who's the leader of the New Plack Panther Party, turn him into a speechless putrid puddle of gelatin that no one else has ever been able to do before, or since. She appears regularly on Hannity, but never on The Factor. He always clashed with her, but on the nights that she hosted that show I made sure to watch it. Now I just put it on to see someone I want to see, then change the channel.

I'm thinking you're right there, besides he just comes across as being a know it all, stuck up, sum beech. I never could stand the guy really.
