Century International Arms has gotten into the cowboy guns market with their new 1873 Single Action Revolver. This gun is built in Italy by Pietta. I got one for an article that will be in the Summer issue of Guns of the Old West. I thought it would be fun to do a black powder cartridge video with it.

    Mike,
I always enjoy your videos on these "older" guns. Thanks for sharing.

Pietta makes good shootin' irons ! Last year I ordered a Pietta made 1858 Army, .44 cap & ball pistol, ordered a .45Colt caliber cylinder with loading gate for it, and dremeled out a channel for loading and removing fired .45Colt Brass. I ended up spending a pile of money but the pistol is accurate, and has a super sweet trigger for a single action. I also have a couple of Ruger .45 single actions and it performs just as well, just a much longer barrel.

    No information

I've been searching high and low for info on these but all I can find is a YouTube video and 1 review in American Rifleman. No info even on the Century website.

Anyone seen one for sale anywhere????
