I have a belgium made browning bar 3006 that won't cycle the next shot.it's pretty much a single shot. I broke it down and replaced the spring and buffer[which was gone] it's still not cycling the next bullet.anyone have any advice on what could be wrong?

Does the bolt go all the way to the rear? Consider what causes the bolt to stay closed when a shot is fired and then allows it to cycle when gases reach a certain pressure.

Aren't there gas rings in the mechanism?
