    hi everyone
2 days ago i bought that pistol + 5 blank cartridges
i also have to mention that i live in Lebanon (Middle East) where such
types of guns enter the country illlegally (i think).
So i placed the cartridges into the magazine and put it into the gun.
Now here comes the part that shocked the hell out of me:

I pull the slide back hold it for 2 seconds and release it , but what happens ?
booooommm  the cartridge went off without me triggering the gun.
I dont understand why that happened.I am suspicious that the primer of the cartridge caused this to happen.Take a look at the picture of the primer.
So what do you think ?

Sounds ot me like the firing pin might not be in the right spot. Have you taken the weapon down and cleaned it?

the gun came in good condition ,cleaned and oiled.I have not dissassembled it yet ,I did not find any instruction on how to do that it is very hard to field strip it (if possible?).But the pin seems ok and in the right position.

If you bought it new then you should always clean it first. That stuff they pack in them for longer term storage and mess with things. I have not heard on that weapon you are taking about (Blow Magnum) other than it's some kind of starter pistol? At any rate something is causing it to slam fire. So you rather have really weak primers to you have a firing pin that is coming forward when the slide is released to go in battery position. I'd start with the pin and work ou tall the things it's not. THen you will be left with with whatr is is.:)

The Blow Magnum is close to the 9mm Browning ,looks almost the same.
I forgot to mention that you can buy cartridges for that gun that have
a projectile ( I know its odd for a blank gun) which is spherical of diameter
3mm the first cartridge fits easily in the magazine but if you want to add more it gets difficult. So I only placed one in the magazine. With that kind of cartridge it happened. The projectile went trough my bed and made a 3cm hole on the other side

    Good day dear friends

I recently bought a blow magnum 9mm blank pistol (silver) and from the first shot i get this problem.

I load it properly and arm it, when i fire the moving parts do not move back to eject the old cell and insert the new one. Wwhen i do it manually it feels normal but that happens always. as if the gun is not semi-automatic...

I disassembled, checked, and cleaned it but no luck.

But how ? Isnt it supposed to have the barrel blocked to prevent real ammo firing ?
