If more of them were self defense shootings you'd really have something here.

better judged by twelve than carried by six.

You're absolutely right. I feel like if more self defense was included people might open their eyes. Most people don't understand that all these "shooting stats" are related to mostly gang violence and suicides. It would be a real eye opener to gun grabbers if they saw how few law abiding citizens are using guns in an offensive manner. Just plain stupid that Bloomberg and his cronies get away with the stuff they do.

If you ask me the suicides are a shame but for all we know they were looking at a long drawn out death from cancer or something. As long as the gang members are taking each other out they are saving us money. It's just when innocents get caught up in things that should be the issue.

Everytime Bloomberg stats are shown to be inflated or misleading Bloomberg loses a few more supporters. Especially when a guy in possession of a illegal gun on school grounds is said to be "trying to protect the children."

Big Gulps are causing all these people to do crazy stuff on school campuses.

Exaggerated? More like lies, I'd say.

    From the article:

But their statistics are not what they seem. Included in the numbers are suicides. Also included are late night shootings taking place in school parking lots, on their grounds or even off school property, often involving gangs. As “shootings,” they also include any incident where shots were fired, even when nobody was injured.

Just part of Bloomers' ongoing quest to make a fool of himself at least once a day.

Everything about Bloomberg is exaggerated, including his girth.

In terms of casualties no US school shooting has ever come close to the 1927 Bath, MI school bombing. 45 people, including 38 school kids, were killed when demented Andrew Kehoe; a school board member, bombed the school. Kehoe planted two bombs under the school building: One failed to detonate.

Guess what? School shootings are not new in the USA. A history of US school shootings. Including this one:
