Personally I've never had good luck using any paddle holster over an extended period of time. In my experience, sooner or later, that paddle holster is going to draw with the gun. (And, oh boy, are you going to look stupid!)
However, other shooters keep telling me that Blackhawk paddle holsters work very well. Now, I don't own one and, consequently, really don't know; but, this is what other shooters keep telling me.
Me? I usually wear an IWB leather holster for daily CCW carry; and, for range work, my holster-of-choice is an OTB Blade-Tech Kydex holster with a quick on/off, 'Tek-Lok' clasp. It's comfortable enough to, sometimes, wear for up to 12 or 14 hours at a stretch; and it's, also, a very FAST holster that NEVER draws with the pistol.
