    Hey everyone,

Here is a quick fun fact: In Canada we can own newly manufactured blackpowder muskets but not handguns without a license. Better than nothing I guess....

Wow. We can order black powder handguns and have them delivered to our house. They are not considered firearms.

Get one of the copies of the original revolving carbine, with six shots percussion. i don't remember the exact designation.
Even bb and pellet guns over 460 or so fps , or daisy equivalent has to be licensed as a firearm.
There are numerous, but seemingly not in the press, accounts of unarmed Citizens and American Tourists being subject to crime as they can not defend themselves.

Can a U.S. citizen bring black powder into Canada along with a muzzleloader to hunt with ? I had no problem bringing my 870 pump gun in when we did an Alaskan trip in 2013 after filling out the forms and paying $26. We're planning another trip next year and thought it might be fun to bring a long flint fowler this time.
