Any suggestions on what revolver in .357 to buy for my mothers birthday that is under $900
Either a Ruger GP100 or a S&W 686p. My preference would be the Smith. 7 shot six-shooter? Yes please.
the one I have been eyeballing for a little while is a smith & wesson ladysmith .357. its like $700 i believe
I've been drooling over the Ruger GP100 with the 6" barrel!!!
I have one. We should go shooting sometime. I'll let you shoot the heck out of it.
Maybe if he shoots yours, he'll stop obsessing! Haha
Another vote for the Ruger GP100. I have the blued 6" version and really enjoy it at the "range".
Or make it worse.........
Take a look st Rugers SP101. Its only a five shot but it feels great in the hand and shoots really well.
Does she want a purse pistol or a range gun or a mix?
686 with 4" barrel. My current favorite and most accurate handgun.
It will get WORSE!!!
Then nuh uh!! Haha
That's not very nice!!!
Save your tears for the pillow!! Heehee
Agreed. But I've got the 5" barrel with hi-viz sights....and it's a tack driver.
Hey man not tryin to insult you or anything... But are you sure that's a 686? I've never seen or heard of a 686 without a full under-lug.
No insult taken. It was a limited production model...only one year. The grips and the 5" barrel were part of the package. I haven't seen very many...it was made in 2005
Ahh I see. That's pretty awesome. I'm actually a fair bit jealous.
Ruger SP101 the tank.
