Does anyone have firsthand experience fitting Pachmayr (by Peters Stahl) 22LR conversion to a BHP? Mine seems to hang up on the hammer.
Also, since spare mags are probably unobtanium, any tips or "whitepapers" on making one (or five)?

Can you provide pictures of the "hang up on the hammer"?

Frankly, has not taken it to a range yet. Just mounted, and hand-cycled the slide. It does not hang per say. I have to apply greater force to "drag" it over hammer than when do the stock full size one. Maybe, it's normal for this conversion kit?
I will try to get to a range one of these days, and see how it behaves in action.

The Walther PPK/s in .22lr (and others) use the main spring to help with recoil (that is why the double action trigger is so hard).

Take it to the range, shoot a few, record problems (if any), then give us a report.
