    Hiya Folks!

Just wondering how the Beta C Drums are, for you folks that have them out there. Regardless of Caliber, let me know what you think of the Beta C's, and if they are Good, Bad, or Ugly.

I'm thinking about getting one, but don't want to spend $200-$300 on something, if it's going to FTL on me, every few Rounds.

I'm looking at AR's at the moment, and haven't decided on 9mm or 223/556.

    Thanks for your inputs!

    Cheers!

Buy 30, 30 round mags instead. Those big drums are heavy and cumbersum.

If your intent is to purchase a legal fullauto and use it in a squad support role in a shtf situation. Go for it. The actual beta c mags really work well.

If your using a ar semi only for self defense skip it and go 30 round mags

I have one for my LAR9, works fine. Yes it is heavy & cumbersome, but my intended use would be from the bi pod & stationary.

Is it a F/A support weapon?

They aren't that heavy.I have one that I shoot often on my Keltech PLR-16 pistol, and it's no problem hold the gun up with one hand and firing.
It also works well in my AR's
Keep them lubed with dry graphite, and they are very reliable.

can one leave it loaded for long periods of time, kinda like an AK47 drum that u would just wind up when u need it.

i mean it would take a far to long to load up in a hurry.
