What's the best rimfire scope ? I'm looking to upgrade my scope. I don't want to spend no more than 175 on it. Any scopes ?

Then bushnell banner 4-12 x 40 ao, nikon prostaff, centerpoints, or bushnell sport view 3-9, tasco 3-9 or anything like that will work well.

All I mentioned are better quality scopes. Nikon and bushnells are clearest of the ones I mentions. Tasco is a good scope as well

I have a Simmons 22 mag 4x fixed power scope on my 22. The fixed power scopes have a wide field of view and great eye relief. The Simmons scope has a lifetime warranty. I had a BSA 2.5x shotgun scope on my 22 until I put the shotgun scope on my shotgun. The BSA scope has a lifetime warranty. Both scopes gave me great service and have clear glass. The primary use for my weapons is hunting. IMO fixed power scopes serve hunters better than variable power scopes. I even have a 4x fixed power scope on my 30/06. Other hunters including Massad Ayoob prefer fixed power scopes.

when i was lookin for a gift for my nephew's marlin 60, i was looking for a bargain. but i think i found a pretty good scope, too.....for under $50. simmons 22 mag scopes!

i have shot with it several times, works great and has held zero. i wasn't gonna put a $150-200 scope on an eleven year olds $170 gun. :p

i might end up putting it on my new 10/22

I think it's going to be the mueller. I have read alot of really good reviews on it. Very little bad ones but I know everyone has problems every now and then. I can get it at dunhams for 130 then take 15% off with a coupon I have.
