I think I'm gonna refinish the wood on mine and buy a nice pistol grip. Where's a good place to find one online?

If you want options, then this site has the most AK pistol grip options I've ever seen (with respect to plastic pistol grips):

If you want a wood AK pistol grip, then Ironwood Designs pretty much owns that market and provides wood AK pistol grips and stock furniture for virtually every AK variant ever made.

You can hunt around and see which grips you like best. There's lots of foreign manufactured surplus available on the market. Just make sure installing a foreign made pistol grip on your rifle doesn't violate 922R compliance, if that applies to your rifle.
