a buddy of mine just bought a 12 ga. beneli legacy from a guy at his work for 100dollars...it looks like its never been fired...not a scratch...the auto shotgun is ugly as hell in my opinion, but at the price he paid for it opinion will very...maybe to much...?seems like a pretty good skeet gun the way it feels and being its a beneli at the price he got it (without gloves) would anyone out there agree?

Your "buddy" NEEDS to have the serial number ran by the local police dept. Anytime something sounds entirely too good to be true, it usually is. I bought my 12 ga Legacy unfired for 500$ from a friend that won it in a NRA raffle/NRA dinner and considered it a steal. There's NO WAY it's legit for that price!

yeah thats it...ugly,but pricey...well not for him...

yeah thats what i told him...its prob hot but the guy he bought it from claims he has the receipt from where he bought it?????...

something smells rotten in denmark but if what the guy is telling him is true....all is honkey dory..

hell i thought i got a deal when i bought a yugo sks and a clone ak47 with 1500rds for 400bucks a few years back...i guess some people dont know what they have, need money really bad or just dont care?

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the extremely fine wood, slick finish, etc on the legacy being ugly?? What's so ugly about it? I have 1 and think it's the fastest handling semi shotgun I own, and pretty to boot!

I understand completely. I used to prefer the synthetic stocks & stainless/flat black look but anymore I cherish fine wood and the such. To ME a synthetic stocked gun is simply a tool but a finely figured walnut stocked proven gun feels "warm and is a cherished companion.
