Attention Comcast Users

    We have been trying to resolve the issue with Comcast ourselves but they have told us that the only choice is to have the users of Comcast contact them for resolution. We have no issues with any other ISP receiving our emails.

    To which Comcast has responded with

    So to sum it up Comcast users must contact Comcast to have this issue resolved.

    I hope you do, as they will not work with us to get it resolved.

    Hmmm, i am not having any issue and i am a comcast user.

    I get PM's from members, i also get "thread updates" in my e-mail inbox. Am i missing something?

    Easy fix. Switch to Verizon.

    OHHhhhh is THAT the issue? I dont use my comcast email account...i use hotmail.

    VErizon was great, when we had it, then it became Frontier and my speeds dropped to dial up and i couldnt receive any personal e-mail. My inbox would fill up with spam, but i my mom or one of my friends tried to send me a message i never got it.

    THAT is the ONLY reason i gave up my decades long boycott of comcast...still not happy but its the only choice i have.
