Just picked up this strange looking piece. Shot it today and was quite surprised. Accuracy was great,16 rounds in one big hole at 25ft. Avery natural pointer. Recoil was stout with 115gr. and 147gr. My only complaint would be the horrible trigger, I've got to figure out how to lighten it up. I'd like to hear from any of you that have experience with this cool little Spanish 9!

Astra had been around for many years. not a huge lot of information about them i have found and it doesn't look like a lot of aftermarket support in parts od accessories either.

i have an older Astra A100 in 9mm and it's a great little pistol. very solidly built and is dang near a Sig P226 copy, but none of the parts will interchange. about the only thing i have found for mine are the magazines. i have the original 17 round mag, but could only find the post-ban 10 round mags a few years ago.

in DA, my trigger is very heavy, about 14 lbs. heavy! but only about 4 lbs. in SA. which is not bad since it doesn't have a safety and just a decocker. on mine i simply lightly polished the trigger surfaces and left it at that.
