The election may not even settle who the president is.

Honestly in a 2nd term I dont trust the current occupant not to push a gun ban in a 2nd term . He pushed for and got infringement in his first term. 2nd term he has nothing to lose.

But I'll vote for him on the slim hope he doesnt do the same again.

Oh but yes yes we are . More than. You see we dont have to win. We just have to be wiling to do what Americans have done through most of our history.
Fight for our freedom . And die for it if nessacary. Only for a few months. Though the military is handicapped to begin with trying to fight an internal war , not endanger their own families doing it while also facing true to their oath units of the military that refuse to prop up a dictator, as well as a great number of the Anerican people who refuse to be attacked to remove one of their God given rights and just sheep up and take it.

The present crop of moderate to lefty citizens have no stomach for war overseas. Much less having one fought in their manicured backyards.

What you dont understand my friend is this isnt a movie .
Hopefully none of this has to transpire . But that is out of the citizens hands as to if they must resist tyranny or not. Or protect themselves.

Again this ain't no movie . Cute clips , but irrelevant to the subject at hand.
But if you must equate life with movies, you do realize Custer was a representative of the Federal armed forces???

    Easily could be.

If the Senate flips 6-7 seats (which isn't an impossibility), it might get rammed down the Executive Branch's throats. Heavy pressure from one or two more situations as occurred in Las Vegas, and it could easily be too much for the Pres. to ignore. (The current occupant isn't hardly a die-hard supporter, protector or defender of the RKBA. He's a wind smeller, checking to see which way the wind blows ... and if popular demand demands something get done then he very likely will do it.)

In addition to that, if it turns out Biden's proverbial "pacemaker" continues working and industrial-strength gingko biloba prescription doesn't run out, a full-on assault will be possible unlike we've seen in a generation. He swore a commitment to hire a BOR/2A destruction "czar" immediately upon completing mouthing his "oath" to support, protect and defend the Constitution. Worse, if he trips on his shoelaces and Ms. Harris becomes No.1, we'd then be in a dungstorm unlike any we've seen since 2013 following NewTown.

I'm hopeful. But there are plenty of cracks in the bridge. All it'll take is a few heavy blows, and we could see the 2A as a formal "protection" evaporate like smoke.

Having lived in NJ for 52 years, I can say that this and several other States are and have been passing Gun Laws that are UNCONSTITUTIONAL, Period! Why are these States allowed to DICTATE these Laws that go against our Second Amendment Rights! The only answer I can come up with is that Our Federal Government allows them to do this and get away with it! I love NJ as a State and I have many great memories of summertime at the Jersey Shore but I am so Glad that my Wife and I decided to move to Florida! Nothing more to say about these Corrupt States!

Regardless of their constitutionality they did in fact pass the laws and their courts are in fact enforcing them.

I posted the following in another discussion. It's honestly what I believe. I'm actually not anti-American but I do have a higher loyalty.

    I also am a Christian.
As such you and I will not be here when the Anti christ rises.
Until then God will not tell me or you to give up a right he gave not only to us but to the animals. The right of self defense by the best means possible, for us, that being firearms at the moment.

No government has authority to limit that right and all laws passed that do are in violation of not only the constitution but of God, along the authors and enforcers of limiting that right .
We have a duty to resist such atrocities.

Yes I know and this is the Problem! These State Laws are being upheld and in MY way of thinking this is infringing on my second amendment rights as a law abiding citizen. So if I am driving through the State of NJ and stopped for a traffic violation and the officer says he smelled something suspicious, then found my concealed weapon on my person, I will be arrested and most likely face jail time because of their Phony State Law, Right? I thought I was living in a free country where my rights were protected as a law abiding citizen! Something should be done about these State Laws that go against our Constitution! This is all I will say about this subject and I do not want to engage in a ongoing debate! It's Over and it's the way I feel! God Help America!

Being that Trumps Son is an avid shooter, hunter and sportsman. My bet is completely on Trump! Not the anti-gun, gun grabber socialist idiots!;)

and yet, he has tended towards a liberal interpretation of 2A. I offer up bump stock ban and lack of hearing protection act passing as evidence.

Additional evidence of stated support for Red Flag laws

So I was thinking, if a guy can purchase all parts for an AR without any FFL dealer involvement except the serial numbered lower..........
I move that anyone who feels like turning them in when told to do so, give them the stripped lower only. Keep the rest
