And that my friends is the main reason you stay strapped until you go to bed, then it goes hip to bed side night table.
You take yours off? :gasp:
Too bad the resident has to run the gamut of questioning by police, media, and district attorney.
I would rather go through that, than being examined at the morgue!
If an"armed assailant" enters my house uninvited their is no question in my mind what the proper course of action will be. I would protect my family at all costs. The sad part is that lately it seems like more and more criminals are getting the protection of prosecutors when the reality is that they chose to violate the law by breaking into an innocent persons house. Then that person defends their life and they are portrayed by the justice system and media as a crazy trigger happy gun nut. Our justice system was not meant to be interpreted this way!
I am also trying to put off that rectal-stuffing, embalming prep as long as possible.
Any new news on this case? I haven't seen anything so far.
Can't understand what the police would want to investigate. It would seem to be a righteous shooting case.
In OK there is little police questioning after a good shoot, especially where an armed home invader is killed. Unless the police have good reason to believe a law has been broken, the shooter can't be arrested. Most OK prosecutors simply decline to prosecute righteous shooting cases; no grand jury, no nothing. The family of the late perp is not allowed to sue in civil court.
Our former Comanche county prosecutor gave three passes on fatal shoots in one 18 month period.
They are not sure why he would be in the house???..... Uhh its called Robbery, maybe some rape and murder?
God help us all....
