Let's see...
A barrel wrench - the multi-tool wrench will also do the M4 stock
Upper receiver block (holder) - don't do without it (receiver bends easily)
Handguard removal tool - unless you are both strong and clever
Front sight tool
Set of pin punches and a screwdriver
All from brownells for about $150ish

What did I miss?:)

Psychiatrist visit and or referral from a primary physician. You think it will save money only to find out you spend way more money and then you spend even more money because they multiply like rabbits.

That looks to be about it.

That would work :p What you might also try, when you get to the point where you are ready to handle the flying springs and pins, put an old shower curtain over you to keep the flying to a minimum distance. Another thing that works, get some clear plastic bags or sheets and work under or in them. This works great when assembling receiver parts kits. ;)
I know dredging up an old post is a frowned upon pratice... but for my LPK i just draped a blanket over the pooltable:)
