For the purpose of convenient folding capability of an AR Pistol using the Law tactical folding stock adapter,....if a Sigtac SB15 brace were to be added, does the AR pistol now become an SBR ???

Technically the Sigtac isn't a stock but it makes me question if adding the Law Tactical folding stock adapter to it all still considers it to be a AR "pistol" and if "folding" would be considered to be "adjustable"

The adapter is not a shoulder stock. The SB15 is not a shoulder stock. It seems to me, that no Shoulder Stock is being added to your pistol.

It might look really scary tho' and you know what that does to some people.
