Wow, you like that scope enough to buy two... now I'm interested (after finding out how frickin big the Millet I wanted is)Those are Weaver Classic V24 6-24x42 scopes. The mounts are Burris P.E.P.R. one peice units.
To be honest I can't think of any cons but the pro's in my opinion are that the scope has a bright sight picture that is crisp and clear, it retains zero, it is very sturdily built and it can be gotten with several different recticles. I bought mine with a dedicated 55 grain .223 Mil Dot recticle. When you consider that it a high quality optic the price is actually rather inexpensive. I got mine from SWFA for $350.00Wow, you like that scope enough to buy two... now I'm interested (after finding out how frickin big the Millet I wanted is)
So what are the pros and cons of the Weaver?
Go here, Dr. Pic.wow.how do you get the pic to be smaller. or are my pics just really freaking big on my page?
Bout how much'd that suppressor put ya back?I have only 2 ar15's
What kind of trigger are you using tango?
Whoever said that an AR-15 is not accurate I can say your full of horse houcky. That baby right there has two kills at 225 and 250 yards. The scope is a Nikon Monarch 6-24x50mm in Burris 3/4" tall rings. Shoot the first group I shot was .6" 5 shots at 100 yards.
