Just make sure it's not damaged and run the bolt back a few times, dry fire it, make sure the magazine is not damaged, just visually inspect it. I have bought from Bud's before, without any problems.
I would have thought your LGS would have inspected it visually before signing for it . I believe once its signed for you have accepted it .You are supposed to inspect all guns before accepting them. If you find anything wrong with the gun, you can decline the gun. The gun goes back to where you purchased it.
When we receive a FFL transfer at my LGS where I work, we wait to open it up until the customer is there to see it, that way we cannot be blamed for and dings/dents/scratches etc.purehavoc said:I would have thought your LGS would have inspected it visually before signing for it . They don't inspect for you. They only look for serial #s to be logged into their book. Most importantly, LGS only care for the transfer fee you are paying.I would have thought your LGS would have inspected it visually before signing for it . I believe once its signed for you have accepted it .
