Have a new ar pistol. I shot about 18 rounds till the bolt got stuck. I pulled hard on the charging handle and no luck. Finally I had to mortar the gun on the table to free the carrier. I noticed the bolt will not go all the way in to forward position. Take it apart clean it all then shoot another 15 rounds and hangs up again. Any thoughts?

Need clear detailed closeups of the inside of the upper reciever at the gas tube. All angles of the bolt carrier group and all angles of the gas block.

Pics that are blurry or from a distance won't help.

Chrome lined chamber or non chrome ? You shooting steel or brass ?
Non chrome lined chambers that are tight do not mix well with steel cased ammo

Brass premium hornady rounds, it will stick even without a round chambered. It appears the cogs on the bolt are sticking the cogs on the loading ramps.

Check the O-rings in the carrier.

I'd like to see the back of the bolt and it's riding surfaces inside the BCG
