It's an American Arms 180. It holds 177 rounds of .22LR in the drum magazine and was originally designed/marketed towards prison guard tower guns. They were made in selective fire and semi-auto only versions.

Don't convert you guns to auto. Don't attack forum members for their opinions legal or otherwise.

    Kthxbye

Those are nice, but exceptionally hard to find in semi-auto or full-auto, due to age & the fact that most prisons STILL ain't gonna give 'em up...but every once in awhile you'll see one on an auction site.

    Here's one for $6500

    One for $9999

The full-auto ones require the Tax Stamp & all that loverly ATF paperwork.

Yugoslavia used the American 180, renamed as the MGV-176, as a military weapon. MFR'd by Gorenje from Velenje until 1979. Production continued in Slovenia where it is apparently still manufactured by Orbis.

Currently available from Ohio Ordinance Works.
