Anyone going to the Court Days festivals in Mt. Sterling and/or Preston the 18-21 ?
I go every year to see the seemingly endless parade of stuff and things for sale...Including guns :D

Wish I could. Im on a darned ole boat. My brother went to a town very near Mt Sterling, that is sort of a kick off to the courtday. I don't remember the name of the town. But he said it's getting bigger each year.
Have fun. Hope ya find some good deals.

The small town of Preston does a festival too. I'll be hitting that one first then headed to MT. Sterling after. It's a blast and every year I find something I just can't live without. :p Last year it was a S&W Mod 19-3 and ANOTHER 10-22 (I can't get enough of those things!) Got a 28-2 Smith the year before.

I never have a clue going in what I really want to look for. Even if I did it usually never works out lie that..heh

Ok I went to the last one. Lots of overpriced stuff. A lot of nice collectables though.

I wish I knew about these things in advance.
It looks like it's in NE Kentucky. Any idea how far it is from Nashville? Drive time?

Well..I made it to Preston but was WAY too tired after walking all over there to go to Mt. Sterling:eek:

The good news is I found a nifty High Standard Double Nine 22 revo and an Uber nifty Mossberg 590 Special Purpose 12 ga. Got them at pretty good prices. I've been wanting one of those revos for a while. They are a lot of fun to shoot. And I've been meaning to make one of my shottys into a house gun but ended up finding one already good to go...
    A win win for me!!:D

    There's still time left nod-nod-wink-wink

    Thanks!
I've been looking for a decent one for a while. They are getting harder to find all the time. THe 12 ga I culd live with ir without honestly. It does save me some time converting one of the other ones I guess. And getting another new addition always makes me happy..heh

I got it all cleaned up now so I"ll get to taking some better pics tomorrow. I'm about beat to death after the never ending trek though a small Ky town today. We got there at 9AM and pulled out at 5:30 PM
