Anybody seen it before?

    Have any of you seen cord with this pattern before? The cord its self seems to be slightly larger then 550. Sure would like to get some more. Thanks.

    It looks like accesory cord we use in rope rescue. Hard to tell the size, I can't make out what it is attached to. Try rescueresponsegear.com or
    rocknrescue.com. It comes in sizes from about the size of paracord to up to I think 3/8 to 1/2".

    Sorry. Its attached to my knife. It looks to be about 1/4". Thanks for the info. I'll check it out.

    I have several hundred feet of that. I can't remember where I got it, but I am sure it was at a chain store of some kind. Sporting goods section or camping section. Exact same pattern and weave. I mostly use it for tree stand rope for hoisting weapons and gear. I gave a couple of hundy yards to a friend and he uses it for his game hanging pulley and gambrel. I like it because the colors help with break up. I use some of it on one of my packs as well.

    It kinda reminds me of a Gaboon viper. :p If you can ever remember were you found it, let me know. Thanks anyway.
