I'd like to buy one used as I don't know if my hand can handle it and I don't want to pay $1100 to find out.
I'd be willing to pay $600 and any shipping fees etc. to an ffl.
Blue or SS with 5 inch to 8-3/8 barrel.
    Thanks
    Bob

I screwed up. I could have bought a used 454 Casull (Taurus raging bull) for $500 but I passed hoping to hold out for a 460.
    Oh well.
I have a 41 Magnum I can "hot rod" up to the max and I know that will make it so I can't hold on to a pencil for 3 days.

I have the S&W XVR 460 mag, 8 3/8" barrel, not for sale, but if you fed the 454 Casull steroids for a while, you still won't reach the 460.

The S&W weighs in at over 4 lbs,
Highest muzzle velocity of any production revolver on earth,
and no hold over necessary at 200-250 yards.

Recoil is a little stout, but manageable , one handed.

    Just my 2 pennies.:)

I know I can buy one brand new for $1089. I guess I need to find someone or a range that has one that I can rent and check out. If I KNEW I could handle it, I'd buy it. I just want to avoid paying out almost $1100 and then find out I can't handle it, and then I have to sell it at a LOSS.
I have a "wonder 9" (I wonder why I bought it as I dont' like it) and I paid a total of $389 and that is with 5 magazines and I can't even sell it for $250. It shoots fine, but too bad. It is an EAA K2P from CDNN investments.
