Well, I have been throwing a bit of lead around since my last post and I think I have improved a bit. IMHO I think I need to keep practicing tho.
Here are some pics and any advice would be appreciated as always.:)

    A bit of info:

The red target is from 25yds and the black is from 12.5yds
I shoot a G-17 with stock sights and no mods.
    Rounds are Federals FMJ's.
    Standing.

    That's definitely an improvement.

Try this: Next time bring the target in to seven yards and see how you do. Most SD situations happen up close and personal.

Start your practice with the target in towards you and move it further out a few yards at a time. I guarantee, all things being equal, your shooting will improve.

Remember too that if you ever have to draw that pistol, you will not be shooting for groups. Practice being smooth and slow. Fast misses don't count. Take your time, squeeze and practice reacquiring your target. Speed and accuracy come with time and practice. ;)
