Nice shot, I went out last night and this evening and didn't have any luck, gonna hit em again this weekend, gonna be colder so hopefully they will come out to play then. Love hunting coyotes, almost as much as I love hunting deer, I really want to take one with my bow.

Hope this isn't to graphic but I got this female yesterday afternoon. Gun was a tikka 223 with a 55 gr. v-max. She was trotting straight away from me and I gave her a whistle, she paused to look back and I let her have it with a 55 gr v-max out of my 223. The bullet seems to have went in right under the skin, came out and reentered the neck right under the jaw. She was dead before she hit the ground.

This is a close up of the damage on this one. But its what you could expect from a 300. Seeing what you did with a .223 is quite surprising. Cool though.
