I feed my Glock a steady diet of Blazer aluminum case .45 It's typically a little less expensive and is great range ammo. The Blazer 9mm is about $15 around here on the shelf, though I've seen it advertised online for as low as $10.

Glocks eat anything. Whatever you can find in bulk would be my recommendation. For defense ammo shoot a few boxes to make sure it feeds properly, I use Hornady Critical defense.

Glad to hear. I just bought a box till I can find some more. All the stores around here are sold out of just about everything. I'm gonna have to order online.

For practice:

Federal American Eagle

Winchester USA (White Box)

Remington UMC

For social work, any QUALITY jacketed hollow point, such as Winchester Silvertip or Ranger, Remington Golden Saber, Federal Hi-Shok, Hornady Critical Defense, Speer Gold Dot and etc, etc.

Most autos will run +P as long as you don't shoot it too much.

A steady diet of +P will prematurely wear out a firearm, but some practice rounds and some for carry is 100% fine in a Glock.

I can't seem to remember where it is, but somewhere on the forums is a post about +P that does a good job of explaining it. Read that. I have some +P rounds, but I don't go shoot them at the range everytime. They are more my backup stash for times when I can't find anything else or if I new adjust someones attitude.

+P and +P+ are higher pressure and higher velocity.

Glocks will shoot these forever. I run nothing but +P+ factory and reloads in my Glock and my SIGs.

My G-17 has digested over 12000 +p and +P+ and shows no signs of wear.
