Given the BATFE's thumb on people's necks, I can see why a non-SN, home-mfd firearm that gets sold by an individual might be problematic for the government overseers. But, ammunition? Insanity.

Unless "armor piercing" or "exploding/incendiary" or something verboten for "good" reason, it's hard to see how some cartridge is much different than any other benign and non-serialized product out there.

Oh, well. Can't control people without points of control, I guess.

I wonder what the penalty for building and selling pedals for bicycles would be, without government permission. Twelve years incarceration?

Oh, that's right. Anything related to the RKBA is what's to be urinated on at all costs.

Gotta love the BATFE and the government button pushers who put craft all of this control. If it's the RKBA, it's to be jumped on, hard. Despite the 2A saying "No way, José." And, of course, the courts are silent, letting them continue to disparage the RKBA and disregard the 2A's supposed prohibition on gov't interference. Typical railroading, IMO, where the RKBA's concerned. Of course, the courts don't give two hoots about that.

Yep, the idiot was selling all that stuff too. Haig was not your a small time re-loader selling a few rounds. Armor piercing rounds were found at the scene of the Las Vegas massacre. Haig's name was on a box and his fingerprints were on some rounds.

"Haig operated “Specialized Military Ammunition,” an internet business that made and sold ammunition, including armor piercing and high explosive ammunition, throughout the U.S."

    https://www.nevadaappeal.com/news/a...ing-ammunition-related-to-las-vegas-massacre/

Haig's business was estimated to take in about $240,000 yearly.

I agree with this, when the dog finally catches its tail, the bovine excrement hits the wind machine and the ponzi scheme collapses, there will be a reconstitution.

Haig had a constitutional right to make armor piercing ammo etc

Just as we the peeps have the constitutional right to possess it.
Infringement producing traitors to the COTUS aside.

    Apples to moon rocks comparison.

Sharia law forces freedom stealing religious customs on its population.

Kind of like our gov in alot of ways in the freedom stealing dept.

Bluez is talking about reasserting the COTUS as written to regain our stolen freedoms and then punishing the traitors that have rewritten it using decrees made up out of thin air to do so.
    Two totally different things.

    Show me.

Guys on gun boards don't rule on the constitutionality of federal laws, rules and regulations. Federal courts do that IAW the US Constitution.

If you can read , which you obviously can, all you need do is read the 2A. There your shown.

In accordance with the COTUS statement is hilarious. SCOTUS for the most part hasn't ruled in accordance with the COTUS in close to 100 yrs.

Courts gave themselves the ability to interpret the COTUS . Read a bit of history and you'll see that also.

For a century or more courts operate on a principal they dreamed up. Precedence.
Which is nothing but ruling on issues based on what earlier courts ruled , correctly or incorrectly.

Having nothing to do with the actual laws laid out by the COTUS .

Why some modern day Americans are so supportive of their constitutional rights being infringed has always puzzled me. That liberty traded for false safety thing one of those old founders warned about I guess.

You run a biz, pay the taxes (bribes) and go on your merry way.
Had some guy at work, wanted his paycheck in silver, not paper.........was one of those sovereign guys. Chugged the cool aid.

His wife was a teacher, yet he was against taxation.

And he played the game for years, until he screwed up one time.
    Fed pen for that.

He got out years ago, and won't even discuss politics anymore.

Seen the inside and outside of many jails & prisons, met many who went there and many who work there. Ran a jail for 18 years. Have no desire to stay in any. Best way to do that is not break the law. If in doubt, contact a knowledgeable attorny before doing some things.
