The last two days I've picked up 240 rounds of 5.56 at two local walmarts. Anyone else having any luck? Took this picture at Walmart today.

    Ricochets are dangerous. Shoot carefully.

No Ammo for sale here in St.Louis....Only if you buy a gun will Bass Pro sell ammo...They do have some off the wall stuff, but that's about-it....Wal-Mart is empty all the time....22's are hard to find also.....What is really going on with ammo...This is weird....Very weird..........

In my area....LGS's are beginning to regularly have .40 at decent prices...as long as you are not picky on the brand. .22 is available at most LGS in 100 rd. A day quantities....prices are not terrible but are not great either. Walmart.....well my opinion just keeps decreasing...the per capita stocking system leaves my local Walmart with very little to offer....they have nothing and get almost nothing in. big box sporting goods have HP .40 (at a premium price) but never any .22 or popular handgun in FMJ. I agree that its coming back....but very, very slowly.
