Missed the "naturalization form number" question. Not to quibble, but what the hell does that have to do with knowing about our great country?
    Oh well.
Good idea to post it, I will bet that not too many college age "Americans" could answer half of them. I still shudder when I recall overhearing a young lady at my university 20 years ago ask someone before a history exam "now what happened on Dec 7th, 1941?"
    Yikes

It blows my mind the questions people miss on the "Are you smarter than a 5'th grader" show. Some of these people are college grads too.

If the Pilgrims didn't come here for gold to dress up those drab outfits, what the hell did they come here for? It must have been to escape the Revolutionary war...yeah, that must have been it.

Sorry, but that just cracked me up.

I just picked a random one for the original 13. I actually knew #19 for some reason.

Missed 19 as well. Why would any person who was born here need to know that answer? Guess there are alot of you naturalized citizens on here! LOL

I got 90%. I missed the Chief Justice question and the original 13 states. For some reason I didn't think New Hampshire was one of them.

Well, I got 70%, missed the year the Constitution was written, how many Supreme Court justices there are, the original 13 states and how many Representivies are in Congress, (Was looking for too many). Seeing as I've been out of school since 1971, didn't think I did to bad. (Hoping they won't kick me out, as I don't speak spanish).:D

Like a lot of others here, I guessed wrong on #19. Ended up with 95%. Good review! Although, I have to agree that #19 has nothing to do with American History or Civics for that matter.
