Our greatest generation is passing away right before our eyes. If you know a lonely veteran spend some time with him. He will tell you how the story will end. That minute or two a day you spend with an elderly person can extend their life for many years. All it takes is a bad step and their life is over if no one checks on an elderly person.

Now a days we use the word Hero so often that its loses its intended impact. This Man was the real deal, a hero of the highest caliber, the reason why Taps makes me weep. RIP CSM Plumley, Our grateful nation bows our unworthy heads for you.
