With a scope on my LR-308 it is very difficult to pull the charging handle without dismounting the gun from my shoulder. I know that there are a lot of aftermarket parts, what has real world function for you? Ease of use with a scope is a must, dependability as well. Thanks.

    Hello fellow Wichitan.

Quentin hit it on the head. The BCM Gunfighter will get the job done each and every time.

Thanks for the replies, guys. The large BCM looks like it is what I'm needing.
I'm gonna put that on the wish list.

    Cane,
I don't recall feeling any blowback. I'm going to have to shoot it this weekend just to pay attention to that. Excellent excuse to fire off some rounds!

The PRI Gas Buster charging handle has a milled port (see below) to channel blow-by gas out the right side. This is great for all us right, strong-side shooters. For southpaws, not so much.

The 458SOCOM would bleed energy, albeit light, around the stock RRA handle. The PRI GB eliminates this distraction.
