A Milwaukee man was cloths shopping with his girlfriend. He had a gun in his coat pocket not in a holster (has a CC permit) and he took the coat off to try on some cloths and the gun fell out of the pocket and went off. No one was hurt, the guy and gal took off and he turned himself in the next day. I believe he is being charged with reckless endangerment. If the facts are correctly reported, I would like to know what kind of gun it was that would go off because it was dropped. I thought it was funny that this made the news and most intentional shootings in the city don't. I'm more inclined to believe the girlfriend somehow has something to do with this like putting here finger in the trigger guard when picking it up after it fell. Just don't see a short drop causing a weapon to discharge.
