semi, pump, lever, or bolt action? does the difference come down to personal preference or does it actually matter?
I'm looking into getting a new gun and I'm torn over the endless options. no idea on what to base my decision really. the only things I've managed to narrow down is that i don't want a semi auto and it must be tube fed. but even granting these limitations, there are still endless possibilities.
I've been looking into the Marlin 981T, the Henry H003 pump action, and lever actions from both companies.
Does the choice come down to personal preference or is there some essential difference between the choice of action?
