just recieved a SS strut. was surprised at the weight of the thing. trying to dress up a pretty homley rifle. may be a lost cause.
looking at the sight and intergral muzzle brake. any opinions on those? pretty inpressive looking.

there is now a light weight option for the accu-strut. shaves a few ounces & actually looks very cool.

It will dress up a mini and it will make it a better shooter. I have one on my 580 series thin barreled mini-14. Stops the vertical stringing completely. Great addition to any mini in my opinion.

the price, a bit steep imo. but the results and looks makes it worth in my view.
personally, i put it in the top three of mods one could make to a mini. others might not agree with that.

bout $70-90, depending on brand of strut. install is a just 'bolt on," easy stuff. mine needed a bit of locktite to stay put.

I made my own and it works amazingly well. I would highly recommend one for everyone with an older Mini.

You can use UTG rails too, I have some tri-rails mounted on mine.
