I generally don't get too excited about plastic guns, but this one is an exception. Here you see my new FNX 45 Tactical.

This pistol has set a new standard for 45ACP (in my opinion).
It's fully equipped as a SA/DA, abmi Safety, ambi mag release, under-lug rail, Reflex mount, and the list just keeps going on. It'll fire without a mag installed, you can operate the slide with the safety on, and last but not least... it has a decocker.

And to top it off, it's deadly accurate as seen in the photo!

NOTE: I added the muzzle break.

My wife picked out the FNX-9, and I found that I really like it too - considering trading in my Gen 2 Glock 21 for an FNX-45.

The coolest thing about FN handguns is the case that comes with the gun.:D

The guns are real nice too.

    Newest add on

The case cinched the deal for me. All the pockets are VelCro so you can move everything to where you like it. I removed the pocket that held the lock.

I added a Laserlyte GREEN LASER. Very impressive, It has a re-chargeable NickleMetal Hydride battery that will hold a full charge for over 10 years.

Looks a lot like my FNP 45 Tactical.Great shooter.I found that the comp slowed down the action affecting reliability with ball ammo, but was fine with 185,and 200 stuff.Have you noticed anything like that?
