I have a huge list for the next gun show..
Definitely not coming home empty handed
Better give a report when you get back.
so how big is your list?
any certain ones you're looking to find?
S&w m&p shield
Sig sauer p226,229 etc
Whatever is in budget range or if I can get a good deal on colt defender
I never make a list-
I like to surprise myself
Go get 'em, tiger.
Unfortunately, I usually find guns shows
are never uniform, and unexpectedly different,
on a regular basis...
Guns shows ain't what they used to be around here
If the shows in your area are anything like ours, scratch off the Shield and Defender cause you won't see one. Might see one 226/229 and plenty of XDs. Going in with a mission is a good thing, except you should prepare yourself to potentially pay a higher price.
I go to gun shows to buy bargains. Everything else I can usually get from Bud's a lot cheaper.
Hey I'm new at all this... I come from Queens NY where you can't just walk in a store and buy a weapon.
Illegals only, now I moved to Florida a couple years ago and learned that it doesn't cost thousands of dollars to get a gun like in ny
Needless to say a CCW which I now have. First gun show... It better be good
Your first is always gud
Actually going for my 2nd. I already have ruger p95
Going to a gun show without a list or even the intent to buy anything hasn't worked for me. Not giving up yet.
I usually have a mental list.
There are two or three 'categories' of guns I collect. I have a 'reference list' of types of Savage pistols to see if the example is one I have or one I need.
And then there are various holsters, speed loaders and other bits and bobs.
