    I saw this on Predatormasters.com posted by trailhound. Seems like a good place to start:

    I all for it. Had they done that at my previous employer I would still have a job!

    great idea till the whiney employee's bring an employment discrimination suit and the business has to lay off even more workers to pay for it:mad:

    If Obama and the Dems have their way with 'card check' and illegalization of 'right to work' states, they could sue.

    Ohio is a 'right to work state.' That means that an employer can fire you for any reason, other than age, religion, race, gender, etc. All an employer has to say is 'for cause.' :cool:
