This pistol would not be legal without a special license would it. One trigger pull, two bullets.

I guess it would depend on the state. I know in California they would probably take it away, fine you, send you to jail for a million years, and revoke your citizenship. ;)

I'm thinking that would be illegal in all 50 without some type of paper work. Someone who is more knowledgable chime in please.

Being the thing in either of it's configurations only has one sear (if I remember right) I would imagine you would need the class III paperwork.

I wonder how long ti will be before we see some action hero no the big screen packing two of them for that two fisted fury only hollyweird can provide.

What DS said. The ATF would likely consder two shots at once a burst. Doubt this one will ever see the light of day.

What if they separated the triggers,I mean they would still work as one mechanically but physically split the trigger in two. The gun looks like it's just two guns side by side anyway,so wouldn't doing that get them out of the one trigger two shots kind of like a side-by-side shotgun is exempt

Wouldn't be illegal in Georgia. I can count the gun laws here on one hand.
