Is there a difference between the 9mm luger and 9x19 rounds???

Ohh cool. Awesome. It's just my pistol says luger and my carbine says x19 but I bought some x19 and compared and I could not really tell a difference

9mm Luger / Parabellum = 9x19
9mm Makarov = 9x18
380 Auto = 9x17

All three have the same diameter (9mm) but different lengths

Besides the rounds listed, there are at least 14 other "9 Millimeter" handgun cartridges. Most of them will not interchange, and they are not necessarily really 9mm. But yes, yours are the same.

Example- the 9mm Makarov is really 9.8mm.
