I am looking at getting a winchester 9422 LR and was wondering how the accuracy is at 100-150 yards for hunting? Thanks

You aren't going to shoot successfully with a .22lr @ 150 yards. A .22lr's max REASONABLE range is about 75 yards with some exceptions reaching to 100 yards-but usually in finely accurate bolt actions scoped. If you want to reach out that far(150),you need a .22mag.

What do you want to hunt with a .22 ?
The 9422 is a pretty good firearm and I have a friend that uses one with open sights to shoot silohuette targets at 100 yrds off hand.

I've had a 9422 Win.in .22 mag. I bought around 1985. Slick. I would recomend buying one!
