I have a Romanian Tokarev which I love but is it possible to modify my Glock 17 to fire the Tokarev round or is that just wishful thinking?

Neck down a 357 sig to .308 custom chamber the gun. The tokarev round is waaay to long.

I can load 9mm out to 1.165 before I have problems jamming in the mags. So it's it longer than that not in a g17

7.62 Tokarev has an OAL of about 1.34 in, so it's definitely too long. I agree with the .308/357 sig idea. That would be one FAST moving round.
