Ask me today what my favorite Glock is and I'll tell you it is the Glock 21. I've owned and used the G22, the G30, the G17, G19, G26 but I keep returning to the G21 as the Glock, for me, which is Glock Perfection.

Here's a video of the G21 in action. I was not having the best of days, but...well, see for yourself..still pretty pleased. Getting decent "kill shots" in from 42 yards out on a human torso target, three shots hitting within a couple inches of one another is sure good enough for me.

I'm considering another Glock, if I go that route another 21 will be it.

Dead, you won't be disappointed. I get a big old silly grin on my face everytime I take the G21 out for a ride.

A G21 was the first gun I ever purchased, regret selling it over a decade later. I was always amazed how accurate I, a mediocre shooter at best was with it, especially at long distance as you said.

for law enforcement or GSSF members. nothing really different except they give you 3 mags not just 2. I definately prefer blue labels ;)

I always surprises me when I shoot my friends 1911. The muzzle rise and recoil impulse just cant compare with the G21. Of course if they were able to make a Glock 21 with a 1911 trigger, itd be the best of both worlds.

I have a hard time deciding on a favorite .45. I like the trigger and the feel of 1911s. I like the way a Sig 220 points for me, and I have always found the Glock 21 to be very easy to shoot and very forgiving.

So if I could get a 1911 fit and trigger without some of the finiky feeding and lack of drop in parts issues, with Sig accuracy, along with Glock reliablility and shooting comfort, then I'd call it .45 perfection.

Another note on the blue label Glocks, they have three mags, and are to be sold only by authorized Glock dealers, and should be sold at a factory discount to the people who qualify for their purchase. Usually at least 50 bucks cheaper than full retail, and some are nearer to $100 in savings. Soem dealers don't give teh discount. Let Glock know and they won't let them carry the blue labels any more.
