I saw that gun at PSA yesterday. Price is about inline. I got the ATI dedicated .22 upper for my AR a couple months back for $299. PSA is saying expect 4-6 weeks on shipping atm though. Seems only logical to get that and pick your own upper if you need one NOW given prices.

yeah I went ahead and ordered it and canceled the walmart rifle since florida sp background system was down on monday and they were handing out conditional waits for people. so I couldn't get the rifle until today and well I said forget that noise I want the better deal and this psa was a better deal than a s&w .22 non interchangeable. so plan is slap a dpms upper I have on that polymer lower and then keep the .22 upper for my spikes lower ;) I just wish that psa was doing the dela with teh tactical upper .22 it is sharp and decked out from get go. but heck I am just getting the upper for plinking so doesn't really matter much .

I can't believe more guys aren't wise enough to get this instead of getting raped for $1500 + for garbage

I have the tactical upper from the deal. It is nice. Its the Chiappa m4-22. It is quite nice right out of the box. I'm got lucky and ordered the New Frontier complete lower today for $150 before it sold out. I'm thinking i'll put my .22 upper on it if I keep it. I figure the polymer lower should be fine with .22 until I see a little more data on using it for larger calibers. I also have the MP15-22 S&W that I got for the wife in the pink tiger stripe camo edition. It's a great little plinker, she loves it.

And like you, I find it difficult to believe more people haven't jumped on those. If not for being unemployed and short on cash, I'd order a few and part them out. I've seen stripped lowers selling for anywhere from $300-$1200 bucks right now. I can't believe any fool would pay over a grand for a stripped lower.

When I get to Illinois I am going to list 100 20 round cheapy mags I paid $4 each for on ebay at $25 or $30 each and see how many I sell I think they should sell fast. I also have 100 30 pmag ar and 100 magpul ak mags on the way and gonna keep a few for me and then list the rest of them. the way I see it if people will pay it I will happily accept it.

I ordered 140 boxes of the fmj from cabelas cheap like .20 a round been selling the extra I don't need for $1 a round and selling fast.

What I am lost is people target shooting like crazy here in florida like ammo is easily available and monaing and groaning they can't find ammo cheap. seriously people wake up just hit target and then pack it away the all day shooting range fun is not a thing of the moment but possibly ok in the future.

And good luck with your job hunt brother the tiimes are tough and creativity is the best way to make money in these uncertain times. I am changing careers at the moment and it is tough but I have faith in myself and you sound smart and strong so I am sure you will be fine.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Be careful on the Illinois stuff. They are about the most unfriendly state with firearms. Also, the mags, the only problem I've found is ebay doesn't allow selling anything AR related. They've been pulling down PMAG auctions left and right. There were over 2000 the other day. Last I check there were about 200 and they were all new listings. Even the completed ones they are deleting and suspending accounts. I know, I have about 15 PMAGS I grabbed with the idea to sell them to the suckers who are paying $50+. Ebay removed 3 ads I put up and threatened to suspend my account if I did it again. But right now, with money to play with, someone could make a pretty penny in ammo alone. Good luck with it all!

try craigslist many folks are listing them on craigslist and on armslist. I am not sure if you can make listings on gunbroker as a non dealer you should be able to since mags are not a actual gun. And it amazes me how ebay sensors everything always it is a joke they do that to all items. ages ago I had 50 wireless alram systems new in box and they pulled the auctions because the boxes said ADT and they were ADT alarms sold at home depot and I purchased a pallet of nib store closeouts to sell. well sold them at craigslist.

Yeah Illinois is bad news. I know I was born there "YUK" and i still own a rental property in Illinois "YUK" but nothing I can do at moment everything is a mess. Only reason I was gonna list them in Illinois is because I gotta spend 3 weeks there soon and I get bored up there and ebay and craigslist give me something to do besides watching netflix, and being bored

I had emailed PSA about putting a .223/5.56 on that lower, and they responded today and told me it would not work. I don't know what the different specs are, but it seems kinda deceiving given that the description says most uppers fit on it.
