In MY opinion, between the "big 3", containing the 50 Beuwolf, 450 Bushmaster, and the 458 Socom, the 458 overall wins hands down. My reasoning is this, the 450 Bushmaster was designed and uses handgun bullets, and limits bullet selection, so not as good (again, in MY opinion), the 50 Beowolf is simply too expensive to load for/buy ammo being a .50, and bullet selection is limited, but the 458 Socom uses any (almost) 45/70, 458 Win Mag, etc, so basically it's a hot 45/70 you can shoot from the AR platform. You already being intimately familiar with the 45/70, the 458 Socom is a shoe in. If something is within range, any of these bruisers will strike a game animal down as if struck by lightning or the hammer of Thor! Since I don't have any personal 1st hand experience with the 375 variation, I cannot comment on that.
